Chakra Tune Up

This guided meditation uses sound and light to awaken and balance the seven major chakras of the human body. The journey begins at the base of the spine and travels upward out the top of the crown. A variety of techniques are utilized including rhythm, toning, chanting, affirmations, color and imagery to realign the chakras. Interactive participation is encouraged but not required.

Unconditional Love

This guided meditation aims to foster and strengthen our inner unconditional love using sound and light. The process focuses on balancing masculine and feminine energies to open the heart chakra and transmit unconditional love. Interactive participation is encouraged but not required.

Plant Wisdom

If you go back far enough, all of our ancestors, regardless of ethnicity, had a deep connection with plants. This session is a guide to reestablishing these lines of communication with the plant kingdom and opening ourselves up to the wisdom they embody. Various techniques are explored including observation, meditation, breathing, toning and grounding. Everyone is encouraged to bring a favorite plant (if you have one) to work with.

Releasing Stuck Emotions

A deep guided journey into the unconscious mind to uncover stuck emotions such as fear, guilt, anger, anxiety, jealousy & abandonment. Together we will process these emotions through sound and release them or transform them into positive emotions. Interactive participation is encouraged but not required.

Guided Imagery

Join us on a guided meditation of self-discovery with grounding, breathing and toning exercises. This is followed by a visual and auditory journey of relaxation and contemplation. Experience a peaceful time of healing and self-reflection that allows you to reset, recharge and refocus your life. Interactive participation is encouraged but not required.

Meditative Yoga
Facilitated by Root Hespa
60 minutes

All experience levels are welcome to this interactive movement and meditation session. Participants will be guided through a series of basic yoga poses, with a focus on the breath and turning our awareness inwards. After the movement we will ask our bodies permission to be still. Various meditation techniques will be discussed and explained with time for questions. We will end the session by joining each other in silent observance. Interactive participation is encouraged but not required.
